Indoor Pool & Hot Tub...

Liked: The speed of check in was amazing, and the room itself was comfortable and met expectations. Nothing mind blowing, exactly what you expect at this price.
Disliked: The prospect of an indoor hot tub and pool swayed us to stay here rather than a slightly cheaper option. Unfortunately, the pool was among the most rundown I've seen at any hotel or motel, and the hot tub was too gross to get into, even after a drink. After a long drive, this was incredibly disappointing. The water was grimy and filmy and a sickly shade of green that doesn't come across fully in the photos. The pool area looked like someone had started a renovation on a rundown pool, and then quit and just left things broken.

Disliked: Room 107 The room was unacceptable. The smell of mold was so strong we had to ask for bleach spray. There was leaves and dirt under the white sheets. The shower rod was broken and barely stayed in the wall. We asked to change rooms and we were told there were no other rooms available which is understandable but we weren't offered clean sheets or anything to better the situation. I would definitely never stay there again

Liked: Staff; the beds, shower accessibility, toilet accessibility, microwave, refrigerator, the lighting in the room, having a table; plenty of electric outlets, breakfast
Disliked: Loud talking in the hall at all hours; people kept the swimming pool room door open and were loud; the main door to our room was uneven causing noises to escalate at the bottom , sides and top; the refrigerator was great to have, but doors opened to the wall and required odd access means; the desk chair could not be adjusted for height and when you sat, the back leaned way too far causing fear of falling
