I booked this hotel online and paid in advance. When I checked in the girl at the front desk asked for my credit card then proceeded to swipe it, before telling me what she was charging me for. After I asked she told me they would hold $30 and return it in five days. When I logged into my bank account two days later, I noticed three different charges. They said we were smoking in the room. I don't smoke, and neither do the other two people that were there with me. That weekend the hotel was filled with rave kids and the whole floor smelled like marijuana and they said we smoked in the room. I tried to discuss the situation but the person who answered would not listen to me and hung up on me. I guess this is how the hotel makes their money, by stealing it from guests.

Great location and yummy pancakes!

Liked: We loved the pancakes & waffles. We loved how close the hotel was to Universal Studios.
Disliked: The sausage was chewy and the eggs were watery. Also, the bed was a little hard in my opinion.
