Upon arrival, I was told that I could not stay because I am not yet 21, even though I had already made a reservation online where it did not mention an age requirement. I told the concierge I was either leaving now with a full refund or leaving in the morning. He opted for letting me stay "just don't talk to anyone". I've never felt so marginalized and slighted in my life. Aside from being made to feel like a criminal, I have no complaints. My room was clean, and the free hot breakfast was yummy.

Liked: The hotel was priced right for what it was. Desk clerk was friendly and extremely helpful.
Disliked: The temperature of the room on my arrival was 58 degrees. Very cold. I immediately set the thermostat on 72 and thought the room would be warm on our return from supper. It wasn't. . I had to shower in a 68 degree room and it was very uncomfortable. A room should be a comfortable temperature on a guest's arrival. All in all I think the hotel is looking a little run down and could use a facelift, especially in the lobby.
