Upon arrival, I was told that I could not stay because I am not yet 21, even though I had already made a reservation online where it did not mention an age requirement. I told the concierge I was either leaving now with a full refund or leaving in the morning. He opted for letting me stay "just don't talk to anyone". I've never felt so marginalized and slighted in my life. Aside from being made to feel like a criminal, I have no complaints. My room was clean, and the free hot breakfast was yummy.

Disliked: Fresh fruit, at least bananas and apples. The off brand vanilla yogurt was awful.

Disliked: Our room had wall paper falling off, repair areas in the bathroom not refinished. We were in an accessible room and towels were so high and far way from sink it made it hard to reach. Water stains on the ceiling by windows.

Disliked: Hotel has an odor, swimming pool needs to be redone, not very good breakfast options for us as we have something called alpha-gal (from a tick bite) and this is a true allergy to any mammal products. No dairy, meat, gelatin, etc. Even soaps, shampoos, personal products, etc can make us react. We can eat turkey, chicken, fish, and vegan products. Thank you for at least having some almond milk, one of us has a nut allergy also and they couldn't have any but we are used to that.
