Upon arrival, I was told that I could not stay because I am not yet 21, even though I had already made a reservation online where it did not mention an age requirement. I told the concierge I was either leaving now with a full refund or leaving in the morning. He opted for letting me stay "just don't talk to anyone". I've never felt so marginalized and slighted in my life. Aside from being made to feel like a criminal, I have no complaints. My room was clean, and the free hot breakfast was yummy.
Liked: Clean; good breakfast.
Disliked: Customer Service.

Liked: Breakfest was great my room was clean and large.
Disliked: Was kind of noisy with doors slaming and feet stomping. They were doing some kind of ground drilling outside of my room 2 days starting at around 715am was super noisy.

The best motel chain in...
Liked: IMO this is the best motel chain in the business. On my trip I stayed primarily at Wingate By Wyndham motels. Every one was clean and well staffed and in safe locations. They all had good breakfasts. When planning my trips (usually 2 each year) I budget my stays at around $100 per night. This chain fit my budget and requirements.
Disliked: Nothing! IMO this is the best motel chain in the business and a reasonably priced.

Trust your instincts - don’t...
Liked: Location and value/facilities from past stays. Expecting the same, I rebooked at this location.
Disliked: Upon check in, I came back to express an issue with a diesel-like smell in the room. I was advised that the sun shining on the sun shade/curtains in the room could cause that and it would be gone when the sun went down. It did not. About 10:00pm, I again told the desk. They grudgingly changed my room to another floor but there was only one bed, not two as I originally booked. By that time, they said there was no other room available. I had to work in the lobby and returned to my room just to sleep with the light/fan on to help dissipate the smell. After repeated efforts to reach a manager, my call was returned and they only offered to reduce my room rate by $5.00. I was most disappointed by the apparent lack of concern when I first reported the problem. No desk worker or maintenance person ever checked the room for the possible health impact from the smell. The lack of concern and poor customer service regarding any answers regarding a possible adjustment were extremely disappointing and will have me rethinking any further stays with them.
