We left a day early,...

Liked: The staff at this Wingate are amazing, friendly and caring. They remembered us from a few months back.
Disliked: The room was not accessible for us. I was traveling with my grandson. We require 2 beds. My grandson is 28 years old and is confined to a wheelchair. Your hotel accessible rooms have only 1 bed. By law, your hotel should provide accommodations that are offered to persons with no disabilities, e.g., two queen beds in a room. It is very difficult for him to shower in a room with a tub and get around the room in his wheelchair.

Liked: I was shocked when I walked into the room! Incredibly clean and up to date! It was the cleanest room I have ever been in!! Kudos to your housekeeping staff!! The breakfast room was immaculate and the staff were very courteous and informative! You have a very, VERY nice establishment here!!
Disliked: That we were only staying one short night!

Room was great, tv HDMI...

Disliked: We were put in the room right next to the laundry and utility closet as well as the front desk and security office. Throughout the day, the staff would laugh or shout to each other and it was very difficult to sleep or even just relax in the room. The HDMI feature on the TV was disabled so I couldn't use it to review my presentation from my laptop.
