Liked: The property is well maintained with ample parking. It is in close proximity to a nice park with a walking path, and an up and coming neighborhood featuring upscale apartment housing with restaurants and entertainment close by. The area is quiet. As far as the accommodations, the beds and pillows are super comfortable and the rooms are nicely equipped.
Disliked: The hotel is in front of a business park that is a little run down but it doesn’t really detract from the quality of the hotel. The water drain in the bathroom sink wasn’t as free flowing and the toilet flushed a little slow.

Disliked: There is mold on the grout in the bathroom. The $100.00 incidental deposit is more than any other higher end hotel I have ever stayed. We stay in hotels at least 4 times a month and I was shocked at the fee. I will not book again due to that fee.

Liked: The building was nice, clean, and quiet. Very comfortable room with a good layout. Nice and helpful staff. There are a lot of options for free breakfast. The pool was clean and relaxing. A lot of small necessities are available for purchase on the property. Great stay overall.
Disliked: Only one small complaint would be the oder of the hallway and room. Although everything was clean, the hall and especially the room had a strong cleaner smell. Was not a terrible smell, more like a cleaner/chemical. The smell was strong at first when entering the room, but quickly became used to it after a few minutes.
