Never again will i stay...

Liked: We found a roach in our room and when i told the lady at the front desk she took offense.
Disliked: Breakfast was nasty, property smelled really bad, and we found a roach in our room.

Fine for a night

Liked: Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and great shower.
Disliked: Breakfast. It is served till 10 on weekends, and we showed up for it at 9:15. Some of the breakfast items were already being put away by staff. We had to ask for condiments as they were already put away. They offered a pancake making machine which was good, as it was otherwise a sad little breakfast.

Bad

Disliked: Denied stay because I live in Chattanooga. No where on the website did it mention if you stayed in Chattanooga you could not book at this hotel . Me and my kids were left stranded trying to find another hotel .

Superb

Comfortable stay at a good...

Liked: Good location and price. Lots of shopping close by. Not the nicest hotel but it was clean and everything worked. If you need a place to stay that’s in a good area and aren’t wanting anything fancy or expensive this is the place.
Disliked: Coffee was terrible, please get a better coffee maker! Bathroom was a bit tight
