Liked: It was a good stay with the airport transfer. Only negative was the transfer van didn't start up early enough in the morning required us to Uber to Charlotte International.

Poor

Liked: Frustrated to find that the plug outlet on my side of the bed, only worked when the hallway light was on. I use a CPAP device so had to wake my wife to switch sides of the bed, not a simple task after setting up everything and then troubleshooting why the plug outlet on my side was not working. Not the sort of problem you want after a long and tiring day of traveling.They don't even put bottled water in the rooms. 1st and last stay for me. If I'd known there was a Courtyard Marriott nearby, would never have booked Wyndham. Staff were unfriendly and sleepy.

My experience was okay, but...

Liked: Comfortable bed, polite staff.
Disliked: At 6:00 a.m. lights were still off in the breakfast area and no food had been put out. By 6:05 there was activity, but when you're wanting to catch a 6:30 shuttle to the airport, it's a bit unnerving. When I arrived to the airport the night before, I called the hotel and waited directly under the Zone 1 Hotel Shuttle sign at the airport, but it took several phone calls before a hotel shuttle arrived for pickup while I waited outside in the cold. I arrived to the hotel after midnight as a result. No fun.

nice place to stay and...

Liked: The night staff there was super friendly and welcoming. the night shuttle driver and morning shuttle driver were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The heating system had no way of getting heated, conditioned air into the bathroom so that room was chilly on a very cold night.
