Very disappointed in the stay...

Disliked: The place was very dirty, very run down, heater in room was missing parts so it was wide open, ice machine wasn't working, floor in the bath room was dirty. Breakfast wasn't good. Over all the place was dirty hall ways were dirty major holes scuffs

Disliked: When I took my younger kids to the pool my teenage boy (15) wanted to stay in the room so I let him and while I was gone a man used a key card and came into our room and it was well after 4 probably 4:30 or 4:40p.m. when he entered he said oh I didn't know anyone was in here and immediately left the room. No one should have came in our room at all he was a staff member and it was well after any kind of maid services would of happend. We told the manager she agreed it shouldn't of happend but nothing more was done about it. We felt unsafe in the room after that and had we been closer to home or it been earlier in the day we would have left to go home. I would not recommend or stay at this place again.

Disliked: our room has a teribble door knob it doesn't close all the way. Back of the door is dirty. The bathroom door doesn't close very well. You have to lift up the door to close it. Front desk lady doesn't even over a better room. TV doesn't work very well. fridge it's not cold even if you put the high temp.

Liked: Would've liked to know in advance all rooms accessible from outside. Not great for inclement weather, which we experienced. Layout is confusing. Staff need to take you to your room. Signage needed.

An affordable stay with friendly...

Liked: Overall, the room was okay for the price. The bed was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired—the jetted tub had hairs in it, and both the shower and toilet were stained. The shower/tub area was also very dark, and it would’ve been nice to have some kind of light in that section.We went to breakfast around 8:30, and most of the food was already picked over. There were only a few basics left—cereal, waffles, and toast. The pool was decent, and while the place does feel a bit run down, it’s affordable, which is a plus if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night.
