When I walked into the room, I was shocked at how unclean it seemed. It looked like the carpet hadn't been vaccumed, the tv had bad reception, the faucet in the dining area barely had any pressure. The outside looked neglected with weeds growing everywhere. It seemed very old and outdated and run down. Even though we had a smoker's room, I thought they could have at least tried to spray some air freshener. I was unhappy with the room. The staff however was very polite.

Liked: Nothing everything was horrible. The hotel is outdated and old!
Disliked: I hated this hotel room it was old the whirlpool was dirty. The pool ceiling was leaking and it was old! Mold was all in the bathroom. And the bedroom door was cracked! The power went out also during my stay and they had no backup generator! Please don’t stay there it’s a waste of time and money!

Liked: We got the jacuzzi suite and it was really nice and put together and a pretty big room. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing.
Disliked: The bath tub had a small bit of dirt in it and the paint was cracked and chipping, there was barely any shampoo and conditioner. Hot tub was closed.
