When I walked into the room, I was shocked at how unclean it seemed. It looked like the carpet hadn't been vaccumed, the tv had bad reception, the faucet in the dining area barely had any pressure. The outside looked neglected with weeds growing everywhere. It seemed very old and outdated and run down. Even though we had a smoker's room, I thought they could have at least tried to spray some air freshener. I was unhappy with the room. The staff however was very polite.

Dirty and unsafe! Go somewhere...

Liked: The room was not clean when we got there. There was mold and bugs in the room. We asked for towels as we were going to check out the pool and we never received any. We went to our car and there were people breaking into the hotel through windows. We went back to our room and saw that our window DID NOT latch or lock. We went to customer service desk and told them they blew us off. We left early due to this issue.

Disliked: I paid extra for the jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi was peeling and nasty. There was half a roll of toilet paper.
