Would stay here again, staff...

Liked: Coffee was great! Busy day (spring break) so hard to get to the food with all the kids, but very good. Way better than most and staff was very kind and attentive.
Disliked: The handicapped access from the parking lot! Lots of spaces close enough but NO PLACES available WITHOUT having to STEP UP to level sidewalk. Had to walk to the COBBLESTONE at entrance. Uneven surface would be killer in the a winter for sure. I didn't ask for handicapped accessible room, but TOILET SEAT was EXTREMELY LOW for anyone of average height.Could have used an extra roll of TP and full box of Kleenex. Just in case. I machine in the second floor was put of ice, but again so many kids running around they probably were testing the limits. Kids without shoes and running up and down the halls early in the morning. Overall, honestly fun to see just a bit more supervision with parents. No clue how to operate remote for TV access or channels available. Small microwave in the room would have been a plus. And no pets allowed, but door adjacent to me was left ajar by someone, and guy who looked like a "traveler" with home-made lease made of rags walked right past me with his rather large dog and backpack. I didn't have the heart to say anything or question how he made it into the building with the dog. But he seemed like a nice guy and good dog. On the other hand who would have left the door open and how did this adult male stranger make it into the hotel unnoticed. Staff, especially front desk were trying to cover everything at the same time by themselves! Surely, owners could have provided more support staff! or ask the Managers to be in call to come in and step in to help. Also, was not aware up front of $50 reserve deposit fee. Surprised to see that added to my bill in addition to very reasonable room charge! So far has not been refunded, and in view of the guy with the dog who walked right past me wonder how that might better be explained or monitored.

Liked: Gave my name to someone who was abusing me when they called found me at the hotel and I had to move quickly they did not seem to care and made up every excuse they could to justify what happened then they promised they were going to give me a refund and I have yet to see one
