Liked: It was great value. Close to highway but not so close you could hear it and close to dining. Breakfast was just ok.
Disliked: Shower rod needed to be re-anchored.

Disliked: Front desk lady (blonde, white lady) asked in front of other guests, out loud "you're not smoking weed in the room are you?" That was unprofessional and rude. If she really was concerned she could have asked me politely and I would have told her no. I would have told her that I use LEGAL products for anxiety, and only outside. Again, all about the customer experience.

Liked: I liked the good service of the hotel clerk who solved all kinds of problems for me. She is what caused me to make the ratings as good as they are.
Disliked: There was no one to help with luggage except the front desk clerk. She went out of her way to help me. She kept running back and and for getting stuff that should have been there but wasn't, e.g. clean towels.
