Disliked: Key cards were defective causing issues with doors unlocking

Group had a great experience...
Liked: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Large lobby to gather as group
Disliked: The key cards were defective. Had to keep getting them reprogrammed

Very good
Liked: The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. The room was quiet. I didn't hear any noise during my stay which is very unusual for a busy hotel. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The coffee service was quite slow, had to ask more than one person to get the pots filled.

All in all we had...
Liked: The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was good!
Disliked: I arrived to the Wingate at 9:40 pm to check in after driving 7 hours. We did not get into our room until 11:10 P.M. The check in employee said he needed to run my card for the full amount (over $400), I did not have a problem with that I was just suprised to be paying this amount instead of a damage deposit. I changed my card on file, when it was swiped it got declined and I got a notifcation that my bank blocked it for security/ fraud reasons. Once that was taken care of the employee said that we needed to wait for the manager who was picking people up and it will only be a couple minutes. After 40 minutes of sitting in the lobby with my 8 year old son I asked if he we can go to our room and I will come down as soon as the manager is here. Were were told no, mind you the employee had my ID and Debit Card the whole time so I wasn't going anywhere. The manager pulled up at 11:03 PM. The other issues was almost everytime time we went to swipe our room key we it would not work. They had to reset it or completley give us a new one.
