Disliked: The coffee pot in the bathroom. The bathroom was unsafe for showering very slippery. The whole hotel had a bad odor was not worth money spent

They need to clean better...

Disliked: The were random hairs all throughout the bathroom when we got there. The bathroom door would not close, we had to use a towel in it to keep it shut. The phone was not plugged into the wall and there was no jack to plug it into....it was basically there for decoration and I needed it to call the front desk. We needed additional towels on the next day so I had to go to the front desk to ask because the phone was a prop. The lady at the front desk stated they didn't have any towels and that they 'sold out' of towels the night before and the housekeepers weren't at work yet. There was no apology given or even a estimate on when they'd have any. We also did not have a iron in the spot for the iron, had to go ask for one even though each room is supposed to have one.
