Good stay.

Liked: Excellent HOT breakfast!
Disliked: Pool closed, one lift not working. In the middle of nowhere can't walk to ANYTHING!

Liked: It was a nice place with a great breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was way too low, not sure I even got all the shampoo out of my hair. I would stay there again.

Gross, smelly, super outdated and...

Liked: The woman that checked us in was friendly and informative.
Disliked: If I could give this place a rating of zero I would. The pictures are super misleading and I do not know how in the world this hotel has the good rating that it has. This place is very old and it's obvious by sight and smell. One of the elevators wasn't working which made my daughter, who is already afraid of elevators, feel unsafe. In all honesty, the age of the building and one of the elevators being out of order made me feel unsafe as well. You were hit with the old, musty smell the moment you walked in the hotel...it smelled like people used to smoke in there. Our room was on the third floor and the floors creaked and it just overall felt so unsafe. It was also not very clean. There was trash on the table by the elevators, there was stuff splashed on the wall in the bathroom in our unit that hadn't been cleaned off, there was a dead bug in the sink, the bathtub was so dirty and stained I wouldn't feel comfortable using it, the back of the bathroom door was all scratched up, and there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. This place was a huge disappointment. We turned around and checked out and didn't even stay, we just got a room at a different hotel. Also, the pool was closed due to renovations which was not mentioned on the website and was one of the main reason we chose this hotel, although, after seeing the conditions of the place I probably wouldn't have desired to get in the pool any longer had it been open. This is also not very close to town or to any shopping or restaurants...it is just near the airport. I have stayed at Wyndham hotels many times, but they should be ashamed of owning this place, it is absolutely not up to standard with other Wyndham hotels I have stayed at.

Liked: Our 2nd time and pool Unavailable. Room key barely worked. Overhead light didn't work and bathroom light flickered. Mini fridge wasn't cold enough and ruined our leftovers from an expensive seafood dinner. There wasn't a "do not disturb" sign provided and the phone in the room didn't work.

Liked: Third time I’ve encountered not have a pool or hot tub and being the soul reason we came so kids r pretty bored which did our stay no justice at all

Other than negatives was quiet,...

Liked: Quiet and clean but pool out of order and poor lighting in back parking area and outside back door wasn’t locked in evenings!
Disliked: Pool out of order, poor outside lighting in back parking area and outside back door wasn’t secured at all.
