Disliked: The dirty room stain chairs, stuff sticking all over the walls and fridge froze everything the bathroom door didn’t stay clothes

Disliked: Pool closed by health dept. Breakfast was extremely limited. Power went out.

Disliked: I came for the indoor pool, stayed 5 days and the pool was not available the entire time.

Liked: It was comfortable and private, the staff were respectful of the do not disturb sign when it was out, and there weren’t any disruptive guests!
Disliked: This property is definitely in need of some attention. The board would fall off of the desk when we closed the fridge, even if extremely gently. It’s also extremely hot in the halls, lobby, and elevator. The staff are respectful and accommodating, the property just needs a loving hand and maybe just bring a jacket instead of having the heat up so high, we could barely step out of our room without needing to reapply deodorant and wipe sweat from our foreheads.

Disappointing

Liked: Very noisy! Got no rest all day due to their maintenance working on the rooms ! Constantly banging hammers over my head from 7 a.m until evening the whole day I checked in. Asked front desk to move me they said it was no more rooms but the hotel was damn near empty. Housekeeping was a total pain in the ass ! Banging on the door non stop like Harford county sheriff department. Understand it's their job to knock to tell us check out but give a person 5 mins atlease to put their clothes on. They was very pushy . They just do way to much at this place.
