The associates at this hotel are exceptionally nice and very helpful. We were treated with great respect and care during our stay. Our room was great and had all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: No bacon or ham for those who don't like sausage. Broken blackout shade was supposed to be fixed while we were gone for day, but was not. Had to transfer to another room and was late for an event. A beggar was harassing guests and it took too long for him to be removed. Desk clerks were not very fluent in English. Room A/C was hot even though set for 60 degrees.

Disliked: Wish the pool was heated and the lady that works at night was rude I went down to ask for more rags she looked at me funny didn’t say a word and got the rags and when she handed me the rags I said thank you she didn’t say anything
