Disliked: the smell of smoke from first room, we changed room was fine, second room was clean but toilet paper holder was very rusty, the bathroom and huge cracks in the spackle and the couch has stains on it

Liked: 1. The hotel room tariff was relatively inexpensive and lesser as compared to other hotels of a similar type at Athens in late February and for the first couple of weeks in March 20252. Some of the staff members were extremely helpful and very professional in their approach 3. The hotel has a lot of open space in the front Yard and also lot of greenery 4. Overall our stay at the hotel for almost two weeks divided into two sections was reasonably comfortable though not really extraordinary or very enjoyable 5. The hotel is located in the outskirts at quite a desolate place. Though there are some small shops and restaurants within walking distance the options are extremely limited and definitely not adequate
Disliked: 1. The behaviour of some of the staff members was unprofessional and not service oriented. Though by and large most of the staff members were helpful and professional 2. The complimentary breakfast provided had very limited options and there was almost no variety or variations in the nature of items provided from day to day during our almost two weeks stay at the hotel. It was the very same items which were provided day after day every day and with very limited options3. The Gymnasium at the hotel has very limited equipment for exercising, no free weights and is very cramped. Also almost 50% of the equipment are either defective or are malfunctioning 4. The property doesn't give you the feel of a modern hotel it looks like an old property which is functional but not well maintained 5. The location of the hotel is quite desolate and isolated. Though there is a bus stop just next to the hotel but the frequency of bus service isn't good and there are limited routes available. So one ends up spending lots of money on Uber/Lyft services

Liked: The Hotel did have breakfast which was Sausage gravy, eggs and biscuits and you could make waffles. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I didnt like that the Hotel smelled old. It was a little outdated but for the price it was worth it.
