Disliked: I communicated with the hotel before I checked that I I'm booking their hotel for indoor pool because I knew I was arriving way earlier than check in 3:00 p.m. time... I arrived at 1:00 p.m. and said I will be using the indoor pool as discussed. I was told that it's not available and I question why I wasn't told that because I wrote to the hotel that my kids and I will be using the pool since we're arriving very early. they apologize, and I accepted that and I said fine, so I will wait in the lobby until 3:00 p.m. at 2:55 p.m. I went to the front desk to see how everything was going, front desk person was rude after telling me check in is late and will be after 3pm... I said ok and I willl wait near the counter and she asked me to go sit down and I said no it's okay, I can wait here... she rolled her eyes at me and I asked her what the problem was and she said because I'm causing confusion and a line because I'm standing there. I don't care, you guys are late, I want to check in as early as I can because my kids are tired so I will wait around the counter.

Liked: The staff was what made the stay so great! I didn't catch their names, but they were super helpful and attentive to customers, including myself. Both had a great sense of humor, as well.
