Very accommodating staff! Loved the shuttle to and from the venue. Awesome time....would definitely stay there again.

Great location, disappointing conditions

Liked: The staff at check in was very professional, quick and personable. If I ran the hotel I would want her as the person people meet when they arrive
Disliked: Our room (116) was a disgrace. The door to the room was not square to the door jam letting light and sound in all night, the dresser the TV was on had more chips, dents and scratches than one you would find for free on the street, the handle to the bathroom door had 1 screw completely out of the door and the second close behind, and the walls had so many poorly done patches it was hard to tell what was a patch and what was the wall. I have stayed in this hotel chain in many different regions of the country. This was the worst by far.
