Liked: It was closed to the places we visited

Nice stay.

Liked: The facility was clean & quite. Our room was right next to the elevator & we were worried about the noise, but we never heard it. The bed was comfortable if you like a very firm mattress, which we do. The continental breakfast was a nice loved the waffle ( my favorite).
Disliked: The sheets were were not comfortable! The hall & elevator had a smell of smoke, but the room did not.Also there needs to be some kind of power plugs on both side of the bed, not just one side.

My Experience

Disliked: Too much moisture in the air from the air conditioning. The vending machine had nothing in it.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and in a good location in Fredericksburg, at a budget rate. It was my second time to stay there and will be my go to place when visiting Fredericksburg in the future.

Disappointed

Liked: Did not try breakfast.
Disliked: Toilet didn’t work properly. I asked to change room without success. Staff came and work on toilet and said it was functional but it was not.
