Best value for money with...

Liked: Loved the very comfortable bed, how quiet it was, the view of the river, the cleanliness and the cafes and shops wuthin easy walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly. Best value for money compared to other motels.
Disliked: Only that the decor was quite dated and a little depressing, but the view made up for it.

Liked: No Breakfast offered at this motel, however close to cafes to purchase nice meals from. View over river was pleasant.
Disliked: Suggested that it would have been nice to have some cutlery and plates in the room as microwave is available for use in the room, but was told that was not possible

Old school comfy motel

Liked: I liked the view, the balcony, the light breeze, the quiet, the space, and the comfy bed. Lots of hanging space and places to put things. A fridge, kettle, and microwave (though no spoons or forks). Bonus: I like having a hand towel, something that seems to be off trend in more modern accommodation.
Disliked: It was a hot evening. The AC unit was old, noisy, and ineffective. Fortunately, there was a light breeze. The TV remote didn't work, so it really was old school - getting up and down to manually operate the TV.
