Good location, lovely neighbourhood. Authentic...

Liked: The location of the hotel was very good. Very nice area close to restaurants etc. The hotel was very nice also, clean and tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly even though we didn't have much involvement with staff as we didn't have breakfast in the hotel.
Disliked: Room was tiny. As a family room it was very cramped and the bathroom was very small also. You wouldn't be spending much time hanging around in the room. The breakfast priced at €18 was a bit on the expensive side so we opted to eat outside the hotel. for a 4 star hotel I think it just offered the bare minimum in terms of facilities. No restaurant but we knew that on booking. However, overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience and I would return.

Exceptional

Great hotel in a location...

Liked: Awesome and friendly service by staff. Location is at the boundaries of the 9th and 10th Arr., felt very safe throughout my stay. There are restaurants around the area which are open till late.
Disliked: If you have check in luggage, I recommend to take a taxi to the hotel. The metros/bus stops are a tad bit too far from the hotel.

Good stay

Liked: Great location, and nice hotel with friendly staff. Overall would stay again.
Disliked: We had to move room twice when we arrived due to a TV and then air con not working. Triple room was quite tight for space and the third bed is a sofa bed that wasn’t particularly comfortable.

Liked: Everything has been really good and especially the staff is very very friendly!
