Liked: Great location, comfy bed
Disliked: Could never get onto wifi. Had three dead flies on the bathroom windowsill. No room to put toiletries. Had a couple of fruit fly type things flying around. Had no idea had to work the coffee maker. Had to leave curtains open cause they would block the heat vent.

Liked: Fresh delicious continental breakfast, but could’ve provided butter/jam/ knife for the croissant. Great location- walkable to downtown shops and 20’ walk to Festival Theatre. Appreciated parking at hotel even though with a fee. Very comfortable beds and pillows, nice rain shower.
Disliked: Wifi inconsistent- had to keep trying different accounts, and reconnect, but sufficient for our needs.

Nice stay in Stratford.

Liked: The property is in a great location. Our room was lovely yet plain. Bed and sheets were great. The sitting area was wondeful and a really smart tv on a stand that you could view from the bed or the couch area.
Disliked: Out dated bathroom. Needed art of the walls.

We would recommend it.

Liked: Quiet. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Great location. Safe entry. Breakfast delivery was nice.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit tight.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The box breakfast was disappointing. The hotel says "breakfast included" . We assumed it would have been in a dining room with fresh food, variety and better coffee. We have been in much less expensive hotels with much more substantial breakfasts.
