Liked: Elegant! Beautiful room, comfy bed.
Disliked: I ordered room service breakfast, paid for a pot a coffee and did not receive it. That was really disappointing because I didn’t have time to cash down again.

Disliked: They need to put new towelsThe HVAC in the room is very noisy.The staff would behave nice, but not necessary solving any issue you might face in the hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The TV had an issue that could not be fixed even by the staff. Also there is too much lighting at night from the various appliances. In addition the HVAC unit had a constant hum that was troublesome at night.
