Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: The tv wouldn't connect but since it was late no one could do anything. The base that the bed was on was longer than the bed and did not feel good hitting it in the middle of the night. Also the smoke detector light blinked all night brightly

The Hotel and the staff...

Liked: We have traveled many places over the years and this hotel and staff is the perfect example of what friendly smart and caring hospitality is suppose to be. The character of the staff added to our great impressions of Wichita, KS.
Disliked: A late check in glitch and multiple pending charges on my card happened. I don’t blame the staff as I know things happen sometimes. The best thing I am happy to share is that the issue was immediately fixed first thing in the morning without any trouble.
