Liked: The beds very comfortable and the room was clean the breakfast was also great
Disliked: The shower pressure was horrible and at times there was no hot water or barely any water coming out from the shower head. We experience that all sinks also had low pressure and no hot water

Not worth the cost

Liked: Location seemed nice
Disliked: Night clerk was openly hostile when we called for towels. Sent my daughter to the desk and she was interrogated about why we needed towels. We had six people in our room and they only provided two towels when we checked in. Breakfast was ridiculous, waffle mix was out for over 30 minutes, no pancake mix, oatmeal was out, horrible service

Liked: Room was very fancy, and they provided a toilet seat riser, which I needed. Breakfast was very good

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: Breakfast started at 7am instead of 6am, and there was a major price increase for Friday night. I understand that most hotels increase prices for the weekend, but a 42% increase seemed extreme for limited breakfast hours and only about 30 TV channels.

Great value for money

Liked: Location was great for what we required as family live 5 minutes away. We attended our son’s wedding. Room was very comfortable you supplied everything required. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Will definitely book again.
Disliked: Was advised on the website there was a smoking area but was advised on arrival there wasn’t.
