Good location

Liked: The suites are spacious and comfortable. Having 2 sinks is a plus. The breakfast is more than satisfactory. We were pleasantly surprised after reading so many bad reviews. We would definitely stay here again.

Worst

Liked: After a ten hour trip, the front door was closed, I had to arrive between two and three in the morning. I arrived at 3:15, they didn't open the door for me and they told me that I hadn't shown up in the cold, I had to go look for another place in another hotel, the customer service is terrible and to top it off they charged me for not show up

Most awful experience I have...

Liked: This is probably the most awful place ever especially if you are a domestic violence victim single mom for kids… let me tell you right now. This place does not know what the hell they’re doing. None of the staff are on board and the manager. Sandra is a very bitter, bitter woman…. Somewhere that’s not gonna support women and their children. Or domestic violence victims in itself, no matter the gender. The manager isn’t even trained. She makes up her own policies and regulations as she goes. I booked through booking.com and the first time I did for the first two nights it worked out as far as booking went it was smooth and checking in, and when I went to get another room, and I dealt with another employee and the manager as well. They would not let me use the same booking method that I did before they made me book direct and they took advantage of the fact that I needed that extra room in an emergency so I was only able to get that extra night I booked from 4 AM to 12 PM and I paid full price… if you are just staying for a night or two out of town then it will probably work out for you. Don’t expect much inside of the rooms as far as you can tell this place only focuses on the outside appearances lobby, those sorts of things and then when you get into the room after everything said and done, you can’t even get a decent size bar soap! Everything is dirty the carpet smell like dog piss! I don’t know why a hotel would even have Carpet like that when it is pet friendly? All they do is spray. Air freshener and call it a day once you’re actually sitting inside of the room you can smell the urine. It is horrific.!! One thing I will say is that I am a fighter and I will fight for my kids, and when we get on the other side of this, I will make it my mission to educate as many hotels to train their managers and employees on situations like these! Because it is not spoken about enough, and people wonder why women stay in these types of situations.Dont judge.
Disliked: Sandra the “manager.” Was extremely awful towards me and the situation me and my four boys were having to run from my a towards me and the situation me and my four boys were having to run from my abusive husband. even more so knowing that they couldn’t even respect that I didn’t want anybody to be able to know I was there. And they let the cat out out of the bag right out the gate! and the Manager Sandra, I just have no words for that person but one thing I can’t tell you is that she doesn’t care about anything but herself. And guess do not come first in this situation in fact, you feel like a bother more than anything.

Disliked: The heat didn’t work and the room was very cold. Towels were old, worn and snagged. The pillows were old, totally flat and lumpy. The shower didn’t drain properly.
