Liked: Lovely location, staff were amazing and friendly. We loved that our room was accessible separately from the outside. Car parking was also very convenient!
Disliked: Nothing not to like. We did have a little snag…The heating (main radiator in our room) wasn’t working, but it was resolved with an electric standing heater. That to be fair would be a little beyond the control of the hotel/staff, but resolved with the electric heater immediately, and if we were also offered a change of room.

Disliked: Told breakfast before 11.00 am, turned up 10.30 and told residents breakfast finished 9.30!!!

A Brilliant Stay in a...

Nice comfy stay

Liked: Big comfy clean room. Large walk-in shower. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee in the room.
Disliked: For the price we paid for one night, I wasn't expecting to be going outside and crossing a road for breakfast. Also, there was an hour wait once seated for dinner, when it didn't look full capacity.

Disliked: We were placed in a room next to the main road which had broken window locks and couldn't be locked. I asked to be moved and the staff dealt with this swiftly and without issue. However, this is a wider issue for maintenance staff.
