Disappointing

Tried it , but probably...

Liked: Decent prices on food and drinks.
Disliked: No water in room , or biscuits .

Superb

Liked: Staff so helpful and accommodating.... And amazing breakfast
Disliked: Could do with updating in rooms and places.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel with good staff...

Liked: The Majority of the Staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast room and food were great, the bar was reasonably priced, the swimming area looked exceptional unfortunately we did not find time to use it.
Disliked: We went straight out after breakfast expecting our room to have a small tidy and maybe the bin emptied, we didn't realise that we were supposed to ask for this to be done before 10 am, we were in room 29, there is no lift access to this or any other rooms on the 3rd floor, also we had tiny windows which was not stated on the booking.

Liked: Lovely, spacious and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice relaxing atmosphere
Disliked: Nothing, excellent stay.

Pleasant

Liked: Our bed room was very big but it was cold the radiator in room to small

Just perfect

Liked: The pool was perfect size Staff friendly
Disliked: Waiting time for the room to be ready but not really complaining

Superb

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Subtitles on TV so don't have to disturb neighbours by having TV on. Bedside clock and phone. Nice views and very nearby lakeside walk
