Highly recommended for any people...

Liked: A very charismatic place. The host gave us warm personal touch.
Disliked: I like everything in the house. Just that the facility list in Booking.com was a bit confusing, I expected 2 bathrooms as the facility list in Booking.com mentioned shower, bath, toilet, private bathroom, bath or shower in ‘separate bullet points’.We realise there was only 1 bathroom sharing amongst our group when we checked in. But this minor misunderstanding did not affect us too much, we all enjoy the overall stay very much.

Nice hotel for one or...

Liked: The hotel is in an old building with lovely architecture. The inside of the hotel is also fascinating. The room itself was very spacious, with a high ceiling. We got a two-bed room, which we did not expect but welcomed. The hotel's location is okay, but at the top of a hill, so walking to the downtown area became quite a hike.
Disliked: There is no parking in the hotel, but parking on the street was easy. The toilet was a bit small. The wifi was terrible; it didn't work at all during our stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Great bed!

Liked: A really lovely, comfortable, quiet guest house. We had an upstairs room with an attached room for our daughter. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely stay and welcoming host.

Liked: Very beautiful house and very clean. Susanna is a warm and welcoming host. Our room is very spacious and every time we came back to our room from exploring Launceston we feel like we are at home safe and relaxed.
Disliked: Launceston is generally hilly so be prepared for the hilly landscape. This part of Launceston is hilly but gorgeous so I find it worth the effort and we found taxi in Launceston very reasonably priced so problem solved for us.
