Liked: This is a very charming building. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Just to advise that the room didn't have air-conditioning. It is in an interesting location but beware it is a steep climb if getting around on foot.

Liked: Location was close to the city center with restaurants (but on quite a steep hill - we were fine with walking but might not be easy for everyone). Basic breakfast in the morning with toast, cornflakes and some fresh fruit.

Liked: Gorgeous house in a fantastic location. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Susanna was a warm and helpful host, responded to any query quickly and to our satisfaction. We'll stay again.

Liked: A beautiful, charming and historic building. The owners are really helpful and knowledgeable. If you're walking into Launceston centre, be aware of the steep walk. Pay the little extra for the Windarra Suite. Sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise over the hills with a cuppa while surrounded by birdsong was a highlight of our stay.
