We ended up leaving after...

Liked: The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the Hoover Mason Trestle which we all enjoyed.
Disliked: The hotel could not find our reservation for quite a while. The pool was closed but we were not notified. The food was overpriced for the quality and our kids could not enter better restaurants because they couldn't cross the casino floor. The outlet shops were underwhelming, and there were very few.
