Nice Resort in historical environment
Liked: Location for Xmas Market is excellent. Setup of the resort is nice.
Disliked: Two guests and towels for one. Plenty of room for toilet and shower. Pretty small for the rest, which was open to entrance and bedroom. Mobile could not be mirrored to TV.

Liked: Room was very clean hallway was nice and clean elevator was nice you need hotel key to get on to your floor

Not even mediocre....will not stay...
Liked: the Spa was nice although I have had better facials.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dust. The bed and carpeting have seen better days with pulls in the carpet and bed platform slightly worn. The chair pillow had a multitude of stains. I tried to turn it over but the other side was worse so I had to put a towel on the chair. Room service overcharged me by over $20+ and when I reported it to the desk they had me leave my email and didn't check me out. However, I see charges on my card of $160+ plus then the total they quoted me for the total bill at the front desk. Very unprofessional. The food court was dirty and my son saw a roach on one of the tables. The hotel should limit the amount of personal food people bring in because based on what I saw that could be the issue with the roaches. The clientele could be bringing them in their food bags. The casino needs more rules on players playing more than one seat at a table. Others cannot get on the tables because people on the table are playing 2 or 3 hands.
