Liked: Clean, cosy, comfortable lodge. Everything is provided. Feels like home away from home. Very pleasant owner.

Good on the whole

Disliked: There was a mix up with pet friendly stay. The only problem with the stay was the way the owner spoke to my partner and what she said about my dog was disgraceful

The cottage was a great...

Liked: Great location for outdoor activities. Cottage had everything (for self-catering & in living areas) we needed for a great weekend stay.
Disliked: Slightly larger fridge would be better. Pillows were uncomfortable (too big).

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing view, very quiet place

Nice area near Brecon Beacons...

Liked: Great location, with a great way of the mountains. Easy access to and from the city center and motorways. Parking is plenty, the kitchen appliances is a plus!
Disliked: Could not get some TV channels, other than that good!

It was fantastic except for...

Liked: The host was excellent. She is such a wonderful lady who tried her best to make our stay very comfortable. Since we didn’t have a car to drive to the town for meals and groceries, she actually offered to drive us there n pick us up. We really appreciated her kind gesture. The place was clean n and extremely quiet. The mountain view was breathtaking. It was the unobstructed view that is simply unforgettable.
Disliked: The wifi didn’t work and that affected us a lot as we had to use our data plans. Our host tried her best to solve the problem but unfortunately it was not fixed as she couldn’t get anyone from the company to check in the weekend.
