Liked: The breakfast was very good, with a range of good things including plenty of fruit and various cereals. The location is excellent for exploring the city.
Disliked: We ordered a bar snack on the Saturday night and cancelled after it did not come within an hour .

Liked: Public areas were relatively recently decorated. Hot water in bathroom was excellent.Staff were helpful.
Disliked: Room was tired and needed redecoration my room was coldCoffee machine didn’t work at breakfast. I am mobility impaired and would have appreciated help at breakfast. Thought an additional charge for breakfast was unnecessary. Breakfast itself was varied and good though 2 coffee machines are needed. And a toasting machine where the bread goes round (as they provide in European hotels).
