A lovely, comfortable stay in...

Liked: The beds were comfortable, loved the welcome tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, asked for extra milk which was no problem, lovely hot shower and perfect location to the theatre, excellent restaurants nearby and staff were very friendly.I also loved the fact we arrived to a lovely warm room on a very cold day and we could turn the heat up or down depending on personal preference.
Disliked: The bathroom definitely needs updating, mould can be seen in the corners which is never a nice thing to see, the shower glass seal could easily be replaced which would make a difference.

Liked: Beautiful hotel and gardens in a fantastic location. Close to the train station and central to everything we had planned to do
Disliked: Room was slightly out dated - but still very clean and comfortable. Just needed a tiny bit of TLC

Liked: It was a great location, very central, easy to walk everywhere The staff were very friendly The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was moderate, Limited choice of tea (Earl grey with vanilla?), make it yourself from a flask. coffee only via a machine 2 domestic toasters weren’t up to the job of many people trying to make toast, they were very slow and looked old. There was no choice of tea in the rooms
