Review from a central valley...

Liked: The hot tube was perfect temperature. The pool was clean and heated. The facility was clean, the staff was attention, the staff decorated our room with rose petals and balloons for our anniversary! The casino was conveniently located and the slots had wireless charging stations. The pizza from Seasons was amazing. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had complementary water, bath salts for the jacuzzi tub, enough towels and an amazing time! We will be back.
Disliked: We weren't aware of the alcohol policy ahead of time. My significant other had purchased a beer and a few minutes after was told that no alcohol was allowed on the casino floor. As he began to chug a large IPA we realized that we wouldn't have purchased a third beer if we couldn't drink it. Fortunately I was able to advocate for us and we were allowed to take the beer and pizza we had just ordered to the room as long as we went straight to the hotel room.

Don't be fooled, service animals...

Liked: Was told I needed a vaccine record for my service animal upon check in, Security supervisor Becca then denied my access to my confirmed reservation, then escorted off the premises after threats of calling a sheriff
Disliked: Denied me the reservation. Becca's attitude. Being told I have to leave without having the Hotel Manager called, because of an extra requirement that isn't stated upon entry to the property, or on the website about a service animal vaccination record needed...CONTACT ME5624135611

Easy, fun and reasonable.

Liked: The food in the Seasons Restaurant was Great and so was all the staff. It was easy to check in, park, enter the building with elevators at each end. Beautiful outdoor patio and pool area also. Free vouchers for food if you signed up with the players club.
Disliked: The smell of cigarette smoke that permeated the open restaurant. I get it's a Casino but we were in one up in WA and there was NO smell of smoke because the restaurants and food courts were closed off from the smokey gambling areas. It made it nice to go eat, swim and pick up coffee without being inundated from smoke.
