Good for a short stay

Disliked: Shower wasn't powerful or a constant temperature.

Liked: It was a lovely stay, great room, comfortable bed and clean. Easy to get to from the train station and a nice walk into the town in 10 minutes. Breakfast was nice and cooked to order, coffee and juice served to your table. Staff were all friendly,
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Reasonable value for money

Liked: Staff were amenable to late check in, the room had a cosy feel, gardens were nice. Quite close to Horsham centre.
Disliked: Very very hot. Every radiator in the property was on full blast. Wasn't the cleanest but that could be because the fixtures and fittings were so old.

Disliked: Shower pressure was porridge as on top floor. Radiator didn't come on.

A really pleasant stay.

Liked: Our vegan breakfast was the best ever, we were even served fresh strawberries and raspberries.

Comfortable B&B and handy for...

Liked: This is a nice B&B and I had a large comfortable room. The breakfast was very good, and the building is quite close to the shops and railway station - just a 20 minute walk to either.
