We were astonished that such...

Liked: No breakfast served in December. Only coffee available - in office.
Disliked: Room was typical of the 1950s. Poorly appointed but clean.

Liked: I would like a full refund, because I was not allowed to check-in. They have a no pet policy, and I indicated I was traveling with a pet.
Disliked: Not being able to contact anyone to help.

Liked: I enjoyed the town. The inn was right next to the lake, and I would have enjoyed the lake if it were warmer.
