Will stay there again for sure!
Liked: Very nice room; free continental breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: Only negative is the parking situation. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening there was not a parking spot for us.

Exceptional
Liked: The staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The room was big and well organized, so the luggage can be put away, and there was a table and chairs for eating.

Superb
Liked: Good neighbourhood, comfortable bed, with all the essentials we needed for a 3-nights stay.Breakfast was exactly as specified in the property description: not good, not bad either. Perfect for a quick bite before heading out for sightseeing.
Disliked: I would have liked to have a hair dryer in the room. The cleaning lady was very prompt in the morning, she wanted to take out the garbage at 8-9 in the morning when we were still in our pyjamas.

Passable
Disliked: The hotel is overpriced with uncomfortable beds. I've had better stays at two-star motels. There's also no elevator

great neighbourhood, clean, safe, comfortable...
Liked: Clean, comfortable, great neighbourhood, very friendly and helpful staff and generally a lovely old school feel to the place (as opposed to alienating large global hotels). Exceptional service: we accidentally left an expensive electric toothbrush and they not only recovered it, but also mailed it to our next destination (we paid for postage). They also helped with parking spot - gave us permits and physically showed us where to park in the street. Highly recommended
