Liked: The wifi was good. The underground was less than 100yds from the hotel.
Disliked: This hotel is located just inside the financial district, 2 streets from the red light district with drug addicts lying around and shooting up as you walk past. However, if you walk in the opposite direction, it is a 10 minute walk from a much nicer part of Frankfurt. The hotel reception is on the second floor. This consists of a service hatch in a wall where the manager resides. This is boarded up in the early evening, presumably as the manager has gone home. So if you need any assistance, you'll be waiting until morning. Upon arrival, we were informed that the credit card facility was not working and the manager demanded cash, which I refused. We managed to pay online after a short while. The whole building is old and tired, including the furniture and mattresses. There was a hole in the wall of one of the rooms we were staying in, which also looked old. There was no breakfast, or indeed dining area, despite the promise of one. The bathrooms, whilst clean, were very dated and the hot water sporadic. The walls are paper thin and neighbouring residents could be heard easily, even when talking quietly. Had this been a cheap hotel, i could have accepted the sparseness and complete lack of any facilities whatsoever. However, at near on 150euros per night per room, i expect much more than this.

Disliked: Mostly only accept payment in cash, some facilities such as shower door or desk lamp were worn out.

Disliked: poor furniture, very simple bathroom and poor service

Liked: Location.Heating was ok.
Disliked: Old and the sliding shower doors were broken and a curtain used in its place. The TV didn’t work.The main light in the room was broken and a bare light bulb was was visible.

Liked: Room was very clean, outstanding cleaning serviceRooms are large and heating was working well.
Disliked: Maintenance is not so good. The pillow were like a half filled cotton balls bag. There were too old.Also the showerhead were in bad shape.There is no breakfast whatsoever! The option doesn't exist from quite some time
