Liked: Breakfast was excellent! The Front Desk Team of Ulanda and Christian were exceptional in their service and warm welcome! In addition, Christian, went ‘beyond’ all service expectations by personally assisting (and carrying) our luggage to the nearby Train Station. He then returned 15 minutes later to ensure our (very heavy) suitcases were safely stowed aboard. He undertook this extraordinary service with such a positive, professional and upbeat attitude! Our stay at the “Will’s Hotel” will be long and fondly remembered. We will definitely recommend this charming hotel to friends in both Canada as well as in France!

Close to the train station

Liked: It's very close to the train station, but a bit of a walk from the canal and the attractions. The hotel offered a good breakfast for 10 euros. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It's an older building, which could be seen as charming. We didn't find a lot of restaurants nearby. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the city center.

Convenient location to explore Narbonne

Liked: Location terrific--5 minute walk to train station, 10-15 to Les Halles Market and canal, 8 minutes to San Sebastian church (Latin Mass, organ). Great walkable Town. Small grocery/convenience store and several cafes just1 1/2 blocks away.Good breakfast.

Liked: Location was great (near trainstation and city centre). Room was big. Beds were very good. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was superb!
