Exceptional

Liked: It was an older hotel and everything in the room & bath was updated. The staff was very helpful. Very close to train station and everything to see in Narbonne. Staff helped us get transportation to Les Grands Buffets. Breakfast selection was very nice and reasonable price. We enjoyed everything.

Charming - a warm welcome...

Liked: This is a friendly family-run hotel, in a charming old house, well-situated for the train station. We arrived on an early train and were able to book in and leave our luggage. When we returned at 5pm our (heavy) rucksacks were up in the room waiting for us. Most importantly we slept very well up under the eaves.
Disliked: More sockets in the room for charging phones etc. Bathrooms are bijou, something of a throwback to my distant youth, but charming in their own way!

Will be long and fondly...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent! The Front Desk Team of Ulanda and Christian were exceptional in their service and warm welcome! In addition, Christian, went ‘beyond’ all service expectations by personally assisting (and carrying) our luggage to the nearby Train Station. He then returned 15 minutes later to ensure our (very heavy) suitcases were safely stowed aboard. He undertook this extraordinary service with such a positive, professional and upbeat attitude! Our stay at the “Will’s Hotel” will be long and fondly remembered. We will definitely recommend this charming hotel to friends in both Canada as well as in France!
