Disappointing
Liked: The location is convenient for planning your sightseeing to Universal studios, Hollywood sign and etc.The rooms, especially the bathrooms have been recently renovated and modernized, looks good.
Disliked: The room has no carpet and you have to keep your shoes on or have the cold from the tiles transfer to your body. They don't provide slippers to compensate for that. Also, there are no hangers. The AC is noisy. Our sleep was disturbed multiple times by noisy people around the property, and by other guests in the nearby rooms. The pillows were hard and could not have a comfortable night's sleep. The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. For the price they charge, this is a rip off.
