Liked: I liked the price but the room was very dirty and it still looks like a Motel 6, even the window curtains are all stained.

Liked: Nothing, rooms aren't fully clean. Sheets have stains and do not look washed! Poor kid behind the front desk was new and didn't have any fitted sheets which isn't his fault is the property managers. Def need to step up their game of they want my business again!

Nice hotel for the price....

Liked: Seemed clean. Close to lots of stores and restaurants.
Disliked: The elevator was a little sketchy and the water pressure wasn’t great.

Liked: I like this location because it's nice and quiet I am able to relax and not be bothered .there's no children or babies screaming,people arguing or running down the hallway. ++

Pleasant

Liked: The location was close to the freeway and close enough to the shopping center and restaurants in nearby Willoughby. The room was clean and was a good size.
Disliked: The wifi connection lagged, making it frustrating having to wait for a webpage to come up.
