Disliked: They asked me for a special tax that applies only for Truro, it was not specified when I made the reservation

Liked: Nice beds and pillows and shower had great water pressure and awesome hot water! Extra blanket provided was comfy and warm!
Disliked: Toilet wasn’t working great- had to lift lid in order to get tank to fill upNeed to have dehumidifier on all the time because the bed linens, although clean, had a musty/mildew scent to them simply because there isn’t any heat on all the time- so dehumidifier is necessary to avoid the mildew smell that also is in the room when we first enteredNeed to upgrade coffee machine to a small Keurig and offer single k-cups for tea/coffeeLamp by the bed was difficult to turn on - that could be a potential fire hazardWifi wasn’t working great - not reliable at all - was forced to use my own data for the family

Liked: Close to shopping and dining. We’ve stayed here before but appears to have gone downhill.
Disliked: Blood on the curtain, mold and mildew in shower, bathroom floor grout dirty. Bathroom taps on backwards. We could have been next to our friends as the hotel wasn’t full but instead we were separated by about 10 rooms. Not what I was expecting.
