Liked: Comfortable and clean room
Disliked: I checked on the emails I had sent to the hotel , and we had specified parking at the hotel for each night. This had disappeared off the record and although we were able to get parking for all but the first night it took us about half an hour driving around to find the first night parking on a nearby street. We were told we could buy a paper across the road and they were sold out.

Liked: Convenient, good breakfast
Disliked: a little noisy so we had to close our windows, made the room very warm

Great value for money, exceptional...

Liked: The cooked breakfast was exceptional, and staff continually kept refilling guests' most preferred food items such as sausages, eggs, and bacon. Sky TV worked fine. Bed was firm yet comfortable. The location was handy to the many eateries located on Cuba St.
Disliked: There was a limited amount of coat hanger space to hang shirts, trousers etc. There is only one lift in the building. It was not well communicated where the fitness centre (room) in the hotel was located. You may wish to bring earplugs for a restful sleep, as the traffic noise is quite noticeable.
