Liked: Beautiful landscape with healthy trees! The room was pleasant, clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful, respectful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Clean and the staff was very friendly … the location allowed easy access to various locations
Disliked: Elevators were too far away from some of the Suites… Truly a problem for anyone with a limited walking abilities.

Liked: It was very clean! The staff were supportive and helpful. The hotel is directly across from the Visitor’s Center which made access to Colonial Williamsburg incredibly easy.
Disliked: The bed mattresses are extremely bouncy and I prefer a more firm mattress. The mattress in the sleeper chair is super thin, but it didn’t bother my child. The breakfast options were mostly pre packaged food.

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, perfect location just beside the Vistor's Center. Fine rooms, clean and confortable. Good breakfast. Great cost-benefit. We loved to visit Williamsburg.
Disliked: Narrow bed with too soft matress, I got a back pain the next day. Few tables for the breakfast, we needed to sit outside and it was a bit cold.
