Liked: Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The free morning breakfast was terrible. Everything prepackaged, breads were stale and dry. No protein but bowls of eggs setting around everywhere. Something made and hot would have been appreciated.

We had a nice weekend...

Liked: There was also a continental breakfast that was included which was decent. Location is great (right behind the Colonial Williamsburg visitor center).
Disliked: The first room we were placed in need some rehab, the curtain backs were falling apart from sun damage and the TV didn't work. We called the main desk and they said they would send maintenance immediately but an hour and a half later I had to call the front desk again, they were told the issue was resolved which it was not. The apologized and immediately sent someone, the TV needed to be replaced so they moved us to another room, they offered an upgrade for the inconvenience.

Liked: Nice large rooms well appointed, friendly staff, very nice breakfast and excellent walking location to the colonial city. The grounds are wooded and very relaxing and beautiful as well!
Disliked: No negatives!

Liked: The room was large, and my husband is an amputee. They were so very accommodating to him. We appreciate that. We had a lovely stay.
