Disliked: The hotel charged 97 dollars to my credit card without informing me. I had to call the hotel and complain. They told me that I should contact my bank. In terms of cleanliness, the cleaning staff did not come to our room to clean it. We just realized when we came back from a long day out with the kids. They came and knocked our door at 9:45 pm to leave towels, when kids were already sleeping. The bed-sofa was nasty and uncomfortable. The hotel could not accommodate an extra bed instead.

Liked: Location in relationship to Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center was awesome.
Disliked: There was an unfortunate influx of disrespectfully LOUD young people around 10 pm Sunday night. One wondered, where were their parents or chaperones?

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Liked: Nice location, though a bit circuitous to get around. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast arrangement was awkward, causing people to be in each other's way in trying to toast things and locate condiments. The coffee was pretty mediocre, no flavored creamers were available, there was no coffee service except at breakfast, and the only yogurt options were clearly marketed for children. The wifi was spotty.

Disliked: So many school trip kids that the line for breakfast was impossible. It actually went around a corner, maybe 200 kids all at once. If they are going to accept 4 bus loads of kids or adults, they should have a separate dining area.
