Liked: Nice and attentive staff, valet service for car parking, design of the hotel and rooms is very appealing and modern, location close to Zocalo, delicious breakfast
Disliked: restaurant staff is not the fastest, little space in bathroom/toilet.

Friendly staff but maintenance issues

Liked: Good location, nice decor, exceptionally clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: 1. Room was not ready at hotels stated check in time. 2. First room the AC was not working. So they moved us to another room where AC was barely blowing cold but again not working properly. 3. Hotel does not have a lounge or comfortable lobby area to congregate or sit. Just reception desk, two chairs & the restaurant.

Amazing stay!

Liked: The property is so nice! Clean and it’s set design is exceptional. It is a 2 min walk to the zocalo. (Center of town)
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: The service was wonderful, we had a great room which was very clean and had a feature bath which perfectly complimented the modern boutique style of the hotel.
Disliked: It’s only small, but a fridge in the room would have been useful for us.
