A perfect Anniversary trip.

Liked: The location is perfect for those traveling with no car. The interior of the hotel is so modern yet still has a quaint vibe and slight peeks here and there of its history and older charm. The rooms have all the conveniences of the most modern amenities. The Shower is by far THE BEST HOTEL SHOWER I have ever experienced. Such great pressure and a spa like feeling. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. A perfect stay for our Anniversary trip.

Liked: Historic location, close to everything!
Disliked: The room with the balcony was actually without any view, and the smell from the kitchen was intense - even though we ordered the room with the balcony, it was not worth it at all. We couldn't even keep the door to the balcony open due to the smell from the kitchen. It was not worth paying for the "room with the balcony" on the 4th floor. No views at all. No matter how pleasant the weather might be, you will not enjoy sitting outside because of the kitchen fumes. We also wanted to reserve the table at the terrace, spoke with the concierge twice, but they never got back to us. When we got up to the 9th floor terrace on our last night just to take a look, we saw plenty of empty tables, but we didn't care to even have a drink there, as we already had a wonderful dinner nearby. I am not sure who lost in this situation, we got to see the city views from another restaurant we dined in.

Liked: The wonderful service and positive attitude of each and every staff member.The room was exceptional… clear, beautiful linens, nice size room and washroom.Modern and beautifully decorated.Location was perfect.
Disliked: Mattress was a bit soft but I also prefer more support.However it was still an exceptional sleep
