Please call in the exterminators to clean up Cafe du Parc - remove cockroaches ASAP. Disappointing breakfast. Clean rooms and lobby; great dinner.

From greeting at the front, through reception, baggage delivery (and retrieval), room cleanliness and decor, room service, staff and hotel ambiance left little about which to complain. The location is as central as one could wish to be and, tho' imposing and so very historic, all the public areas were commodious and "people friendly". A fine visit!

Liked: What a great hotel should be. Minor problems resolved quickly with professional aplomb.

The food, from the restaurant to room service was excellent, as well as presentation! I utilized the fitness room and the spa, and both were wonderful.

Liked: Staf were exceptional and the hotel itself was like stepping into a page from a history book. We will definitely be back. Its central location made walking to the monuments convenient.
Disliked: We liked everything, the only thing was we wished room service was available all night we go it in late and would have liked to place an order.

Will definitely book again.
