Liked: Nothing to like about in this property at all.
Disliked: Everything. Front Desk staff needs to be trained on customer service skills. Really poor handling customer service, from check-in procedure to handling complaints.

Liked: it was ok room was very chilly as they had It conditioner still in window and cold wind was coming in also door there was a draft I never went to office to complain

Disliked: The room smelled like smoke all the time. They were supposed to be no smoking rooms as I don’t smoke it was such an awful stay for me as I felt like choking moreover it was just my room that didn’t had any air conditioning all the others had it so it was pretty disgusting
