Overall disappointing experience

Liked: No breakfast on offer until after 0830 - Travelling to work at a very remote part of North Wales without breakfast. Got breakfast in the CO-OP in Llangollen instead.

Llangollen is wonderful!

Liked: Location was great, walking distance to the town and hiking, the room was spacious and the hotel had spa area and a restaurant which was very convenient, and spa area was spacious
Disliked: The WiFi did not work in the room, the windows were not shut properly so quite cold in February, room service brought the wrong food with no explanation, the full body massage was mediocre and overpriced for the experience we received.

Disliked: Restaurant/bar was too small for size of property. Room was cold, heating was not turned on prior to visit, bearing in mind it was snowing.

Disliked: Changed £10 per person to use the spa even though we had 2 rooms for 3 nights at a cost of £900. Restaurant was closed only small area in the bar and was fully booked 1 night so had to walk to town to get evening meal. Stayed here alot in the past disappointed now with the hotel.
