External facing doors on rooms...

Disliked: The room had an external having door with a gap wide enough for mice or bugs to come in.

I highly recommend and I'll...

Liked: Front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. Entire place had a boutique hotel feel that I loved! I also loved the unusually bright, modern decor in the lobby and the room was great too....Mid century modern. Loved the fact that the bed did not have a comforter/bedspread on it. Made it feel very clean!!! Bathroom was large and had a blow dryer and lighted makeup mirror in it. The grounds were absolutely charming! My room was in a little courtyard area with a Gazebo. Price was great compared to other hotels in the area. Bottom line... I would like to live there ;) I highly recommend and I will definitely be staying there again.
Disliked: I could hear my neighbors a little more than I would prefer. I could hear him simply clearing his throat so I was worried about my TV volume possibly bothering my neighbors since I'm a night owl. Definitely not a deal breaker for me though.
