Liked: It was pet friendly, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and rooms clean and spacious.

Liked: I have stayed regularly at this hotel over the past few years when I return home to visit family or friends. I have usually been treated as a regular guest and been taken good care of .
Disliked: Stubborn , generic receptionist . Out of "50"visits to this hotel I have been treated with kindness and understanding. On 2 occasions I have been "greeted" by a generic receptionist with no interest in me . Rather than being treated as a regular guest I was treated with contempt . Personal service was the reason I always chose this hotel . The first time I had to deal with this receptionist the management stepped in and treated me to the usual kindness and hospitality I have been receiving for the past few years . On this occasion there wasn't any management on the premises . What followed was totally unacceptable service and regrettable reaction from both staff and guest . Absolutely unnecessary treatment. I won't be risking future encounters with this person so for that reason I won't be using this hotel any further.
